Hi there! My name is Emily, and I am a wellness professional specializing in mindful movement for beginners. I am passionate about helping people understand their bodies and make informed decisions about their physical activity and daily routines.

I believe that meditation is essential to staying grounded, and I enjoy helping clients incorporate it into their daily lives. Whether you are new to this practice or have been practicing for years, I am here to support you on your journey toward self-knowledge and well-being.
In addition to offering yoga and meditation sessions, I am also currently training in corrective exercise to assist clients with imbalances and injuries.
