Sam was tired, all of the time

Sam was a creative freelancer, and didn’t have much of a routine. Sometimes inspiration struck at 10 AM — or at 1 AM. The lack of quality sleep resulted in Sam feeling tired, overwhelmed, and unorganized. They had no work-life separation. In their health coaching sessions, Sam learned about proper sleep hygiene and natural sleep aids. They developed a sleep routine that honored their creativity and actually left them with extra time during the week to regularly see their friends. Sam now feels well-rested and has started catching up on old projects.

Katherine wanted to exercise, but didn’t know where to start

Katherine’s dad had a health scare at age 50, which left her anxious about her own health. All her life, she’d been fed messages about exercising for flat abs, but she didn’t know how to exercise for her health. Online searches were confusing and she didn’t know where to begin. After six months of coaching, Katherine had a personalized exercise routine that included strength training, cardio, and she discovered that she loved ballet classes. She feels confident and empowered in her body, and she even got her family on board with long Sunday walks.

The fine print

Your health coaching program includes 13 sessions. We meet online every two weeks so you have a chance to incorporate new habits and see results.

Each health coaching session lasts one hour. We begin by reviewing your well-being since the last session, and discuss what to keep and what to change. Finally, we determine 1-2 practical action steps to take for the next two weeks.

Six months (13 sessions) is a minimum time frame to delve into lifestyle changes to help you reach your goals. With a total price of $1,000, you can choose to pay upfront or in two installments. Per session, that is less than the cost of a personal trainer or a therapist!
